Mini Golden Retriever Breeder in Ohio

Hi, and welcome to our website! We are a small family breeder of Mini Golden Retrievers.

We are excited to see you and show you our special pups. We are an Ohio Department of Agriculture-licensed and inspected facility with a perfect inspection rating. We are located in the beautiful rolling hills of Northeast Ohio. We love animals, and one of our favorites is the Mini Golden Retriever, which happens to be a super dog to take on adventures and small enough to bring conveniences as well. Our laid-back personalities with a fun, adventurous side make our home a place we hope you will want to visit and adopt your Mini Golden Retriever puppy from.

Our goal is to dedicate our time and effort to make sure that your Mini Golden Retriever puppy is raised in a way that he or she is ready for families of all ages and ready to start a lifetime of memories.

We are here to make adopting a new family member easy, simple, and comfortable, and without a ton of hoops to jump through. We enjoy speaking to folks on the phone, but we can also be available by email or texting if you prefer. We enjoy visits, but also have the experience and expertise to offer transportation to all of the lower 48 United States. If you have any special requests when adopting one of our Mini Golden Retriever babys we are here to help and bring your family all the fun you dream of!!!

Your Mini Golden Retriever puppy will be vaccinated and dewormed before the adoption, and of course vet checked, so you can feel assured that your Mini Golden Retriever baby is in good health and is also microchipped. We have lots of land, making fenced-in yards such a blast for our Mini Golden Retrievers to enjoy.

Mini Golden Retrievers | Miniature, Small & Comfort Golden Retrievers

Mini Golden Retrievers are a smaller version of Golden Retrievers, bred from Standard Goldens, Poodles, and sometimes Cavaliers. Weighing 30–45 pounds, they combine the friendly, smart personality of Goldens with lower shedding and healthier genetics, making them ideal family companions in any home.

What is a Mini Golden Retriever?

Mini Golden Retrievers are a special breed that is fantastic for family homes or those looking to have the fun personality of a standard Golden Retriever but in a smaller package.

The Mini Golden Retriever breed consists of the Standard Golden Retriever, the Standard Poodle, and the King Charles Cavalier. There are some puppies that only have Standard Golden Retriever and Poodle, but don’t look like Golden Doodles.

These puppies still have relatively straight, short-haired coats. We strive to duplicate the look of Standard Golden Retrievers while adding the benefits of this special miniature breed, making them perfect for families who love Small Golden Retrievers.

Do Miniature Golden Retrievers Have Health Problems?

We can all agree that taking our beloved pets to the vet can be quite stressful and worrisome. Long-term genetic issues can arise in any dog; however, by mixing breeds, you can decrease the chance of a puppy inheriting genetic issues, and Mini Golden Retrievers are typically very healthy dogs.

Through our breeding program, we hope to:

Build a stronger immune system

How Big Are Mini Golden Retrievers?

While most Standard Golden Retrievers grow to reach 65 to 100 pounds, the Mini Golden Retriever only grows about half that size. Our puppies generally grow to only reach 30-45 pounds.

While we love Standard Golden Retrievers, sometimes their size can be a little too much to handle. We feel that Mini Golden Retrievers reach the perfect size to cater to almost any lifestyle. Whether you live in an apartment or on acreage, a Mini Golden Retriever is perfect!

Looks and Features of Mini Golden Retrievers

While Mini Golden Retrievers can lose some of the Standard Golden Retriever's looks and features, we pride ourselves on being able to produce an almost identical copy of the typical Golden Retriever.

Shedding

We can love our Golden Retrievers to death but shedding can seem endless and be annoying. That is where the Poodle side comes to the rescue! Even though Mini Golden Retrievers do shed, we believe you will see less shedding. We hope that you will be doing less cleaning and more relaxing – and less sneezing!
