We are not affiliated and do not receive commission from Trupanion. The reason we so strongly suggest this offer is to guarantee your new puppy is protected against any unexpected accident or illness when they first go home. Unintended things can occur that are not covered in our health guarantee, and we want to make sure the financial obligation does not get in the way of your puppy receiving needed health care. We also ask that if a health concern does arise that we be informed along with your vet so that we can offer advice and information that could be beneficial.
The offer is an automatic benefit for you, with no cost during the trial, and no commitment to continue. An extended Trupanion policy will also guard against any future genetic or hereditary conditions and breed related tendencies that cannot be completely protected against. Step 1: Make your Vet Appointment
It is recommended that your new puppy be seen by your vet within the first 72 hours of being in your possession. It's vital to set up that appointment so that in the case of an emergency, you have a medical professional already established. At this first visit, you will also be able to schedule out the remaining vaccines that will need to be given in addition to the ones the breeder has already completed.
Step 2: Order your food
We strongly suggest keeping your puppy on the breeder’s choice of food for at least the first 4 months. Puppies are resilient but have delicate digestive systems, and changing the food the puppy goes home eating can cause severe gastric distress and unintentional trauma.
The recommended feeding requirements per age and weight are always on the back of the dog food bag for future reference.

Step 5: Confirm Delivery or Pick Up Details
We will take care of scheduling and coordinating any transportation or customer meet-up needs. The transportation fees will be paid directly to the transportation company upon arrival, except for Flight services, as it is required to pay fees and purchase tickets beforehand to reserve a flight ticket.
Submit Final Payment
Complete an online payment for delivery arrangements if needed and or final payment for your new puppy. Payments can also be made when you come to our home in person.
